| NARCISSE BLANC |
|
THE STORY Just like Mozart or Beethoven declining ad infinitum variations on the melodies with which they were obsessed, Ernest Daltroff, veritable perfume virtuoso, created, at the start of the century, two olfactory variations on a major theme: narcissus.
In 1911, spellbinding and mysterious in Narcisse Noir; it became, in 1922, much more sober. The perfume’s extremely pared down structure gives it its extraordinary purity, that carries as far as its name: Narcisse Blanc. |
