Description
Mediterranean sweetness in a mimosa soliflore.
Farnésiana reveals a sunny landscape of blooming mimosa trees, reminiscent of the Mediterranean coast.
A soft light emanates from this highly realistic creation, where the delicate roundness of mimosa meets the tangy freshness of bergamot.
At the heart, violet and lilac are enveloped by the sensual vanilla of opoponax. Solar jasmine illuminates the composition, creating a light, voluptuous harmony.

Story
Created in 1947, Farnésiana is a unique interpretation of the mimosa.
Named after the Farnese acacia, the fragrance evokes the splendor of the eponymous palace, designed by Michelangelo in Rome.
To capture its softness, the perfumer used a specific variety of mimosa, cassia, to give the composition a delicate, velvety, almost gourmand texture.
